Wes grew up in Saint Paul, MN where he played high school hockey at St. Thomas Academy. Graduating in 2005, his team played in the Class A State Tournament during his senior year when he was named Best Defensive Player on his team. Following high school, Wes played Midget AAA for Russell Stover in Kansas City, KS and then played his college hockey at the University of St. Thomas (MIAC). He has experience coaching youth players since 2002 and has the utmost enthusiasm to be behind the bench with our athletes. Having started with the program back in 2007, Wes is an experienced teacher and mentor that is an impactful presence within our community.
